Why? Because they are awesome. End of thread.

First the attorneys are going to prolong the divorce to take as much money as possible. Then your wife is going take a much as possible of the current assets and you're future earnings.

THIS RIGHT HERE.

Accept that the divorce industry is big business. The lawyers love, love, love when their client digs in and refuses on something. That's when the real billable hours start. My buddy went to the mat over a fricking $5,000 rug and he and his ex spent about $10,000 fighting over it. Both of them were dumb asses. If there is anyway at all that you can work out an agreement on the front end, do it. You may give up more initially but you will save in the long term.

I am not sure why they are speaking to the press because they aren't trapped. You can fly into Dubai today from New Orleans so the airport is operating.

I am with the people who are thinking this is leading to a GoFundMe so they can fly home on a private jet or some such. Their biggest complaint in the article is cancelled flights. I get stuck at ATL due to cancellations all the time. Get on Stand By and get on a plane. I would be curious if they are declining Economy seats to hold out for Delta One or something.

During her hearing she was also asked about her AFFAIR that everybody In DC knows about.... With Corey Lewandowski.

With her husband sitting directly behind her she denied the affair in the hearing.

She actually never said NO to the affair. She just went on the counter attack. If you look at the transcripts, its pretty obvious that she was dodging the question. I could care less but it was hugely ironic that the Democrats went on and on about it being a matter of "judgement and national security" and "sleeping with a subordinate" when the exact same words were used on Clintion and the D's said it was fine.
Just watch The Wire from 10 (?) years ago. They called it then. NOPD has been manipulating stats for ages. They are great at it.

This may be the most naive post this board has ever seen.

I remember way back when I had a piece of tape over the camera on my laptop and my coworkers thought I was a lunatic. Fast forward to now and the laptops come with a built in cover that slides over the camera. Anyone who thinks they can't turn the cameras on those glasses on remotely whenever they want is an idiot.
How does that not turn into one giant dog fight?

It’s not like BRPD is Bunkie PD. It’s the damn Capitol city of LA and a decent sized PD at that. I am certain there are officers with a command of the English language working there. How do you let this idiot become the PIO?

Capital city*

You are correct and frick spell check. I am turning that shite off.

Savannah is $40. NOLA hotels on event days are $50. Atlanta on a normal day shouldn’t be $70.

How do you let this idiot become the PIO? Is there not an interview process for this relatively important public facing position?
In all fairness, if you are going to go all in on a drunken bender, Mardi Gras week is the place and time.

They are not “in the military” (commissioned as officers) until their Junior or Senior year. I forget which. Before that, they are just a college student at a school with really strict academic and performance rules that makes them wear a uniform. First couple of years they can just say “frick this I quit” and leave. After they commission, not so much.

Some cultures want to be governed with an authoritarian hand. They respect power and absolute rule. That’s hard for us to understand as Americans.

Guy in Iraq once said to me: You Americans don’t get it. You think we are concerned with voting. All we want is running water and electricity that works more than 10 hours a day.

10,000 percent greater chance that it was due to respeck or a lack thereof, otherwise known as disrecspeck.

Well this comment didn’t age well.
Exactly.

You bunch of heathens need to stay out of my backyard.

A gift isn’t a straw (not strawman) purchase. The crime occurs when money changes hands.

This is correct but more so is the fact that you can definitely purchase firearms for your children and direct family members as long as they aren’t prohibited. As a gift, because you want them to hunt with you or participate in shooting sports. The guy who said you can’t buy your kid a shotgun was flat wrong.
If the dealer suspects it is a straw purchase, he is obligated to not make the sale. The things you mentioned, especially buying multiple guns of which you have no knowledge, is a prime example.
I have a buddy who has a French Bulldog. There is a bowl sitting next to his chair. Every time he pops a beer the dog comes running and he pours about a quarter of the can in the bowl and they drink together. By the fourth quarter of the football game those two are always passed out.

I guess they would charge him too? It’s not like the guy forced the bird to drink.
That’s not trashy or lazy. That’s stupid.
Text Monday morning prior to work start unless you are in some critical role that requires him calling in someone not scheduled. In that case, text the second you know you won’t be there.

Obviously doesn’t apply here as you would have a protocol in place.

InB4- call someone to operate the fryer in your absence.
