Hasn't done a damn thing about the messed up drainage system in EBR parish since her coronation. Remember that Damn Historic Flood of August 2016? Since then she has implemented "software" where by the serfs can call in and locate a flooded area of their neighborhood. How the hell that stops flooding? And what about the new sales tax that got passed to improve the roads? I have not seen a spoon full of new concrete since that tax was passed. We are being screwed royally and she ain't using no lube. Now we have Laura coming in to dump several inches of rain.

We finally got turn lanes at Nicholson and Brightside. I'm not sure it was worth all the lives it cost by having her as mayor but I'm still gonna be happy about it.

I’m sure he is referencing the girl who the panhandler approached before hand who tweeted that she did not find him threatening.
That’s fine and all and certainly her position has some value. But it also not really instructive as to what occurred with the shooter.

Exactly.
“I got in my car and then I heard shots” is hardly conclusive of anything other than the fact that she heard shots once she was in her car.
