That's what I pictured. And I also thought he would have been a little kid, like 10 or so. That guy sounded like he was a teen and his sister much younger. I'm probably reading too much into it, but it looks to me like they are home alone. He has been entrusted to watch over her. I am of the belief that home should be a safe place. One where no harm can come to you. Kids do stupid shite, mostly without thinking.
He did this to his sister on video to get attention on the internet. That's f'ed up. He would be sleeping on a bare floor with a toothbrush and some textbooks if I were his parent. That kid had a couple bills worth of toy guns. No way the parents didn't buy those.

We used to have BB gun fights. Red Riders with a rule to aim below the waste. Once though we had so many participants we were forced to have a few players who were armed with Crossman air rifles. These boys were under instruction to only pump once so not to risk serious injury. One particular shitheaded friend of ours apparently chose to forego the one pump rule. And the below the waste rule. We found this out when a boy (and my currently bro in law) was heard screaming bloody murder clutching his profusely bleeding ear. Luckily, the emergency surgery revealed, the BB stopped short of his brain after it pierced his ear drum and journeyed up his ear canal. Good times.
