Yep. But I like the job, so I tune out the coworkers as much as I can.

ever since i started working at this new pharmacy, i feel the same way... my entire crew at Sam's was amazing, self-motivated, smart, capable... to have to go from that to now having to tell my employees how to do their job, especially with very easy, common things, it's frustrating and deflating...

Maybe your the problem and not them??

if you can't find at least one thing in common with someone, then in my opinion it's more that you don't want to find anything in common with them.

I'm dealing with this shyt with my 12 year old not making friends because she wants everyone to like what she likes without her finding common intrest with everyone else. And you don't want to know my harsh opion on that bitch attitude.

You need to be more open with other people.

I am right there with you. I am one of 3 guys in an office of 24 people. I am in my mid-20s and everyone else is over 45. Some days are painful when I hear them talking about gardening or other bullshite, but they pretty much let me do what I want with no questions asked.

I’ve had to deal with complaints to my boss that I don’t invite a certain coworker to hang out outside of work.... this between people that are in their late 20’s. So there’s that.

Yup. Ironically, it’s the “white collar” group that has the least amount of common sense.

Yep.

That's just weird. I can find something I have in common with anyone.

I'm the youngest and the only natural-born American. There's nothing bad I can say about anyone else here, but it's sometimes a bit lonely because it's hard to really get to know them or joke around. I am learning conversational Mandarin and Russian though!
