There are a lot of reasons someone can faint - it might have nothing to do with his heart. It happened to me twice in the last year - docs can't find any reason for it.
The problem is the damage you do to your head when you crash down to the ground.

My favorite song of his is “I Just Passed Out On fricking Stage”.

i've enjoyed his music, but he's a slimy communist so I will choose indifference.

Godspeed Carlos
I'm sure someone can take his place.

Sounds like he hit some "Hard Times" if he would just "Stand Up" He could have gone "Running" to his "Summer Lady" "All I Ever Wanted" was for him to be feeling good.
All from his best album Marathon.

No, that was actual Jimi Hendrix. This is Mexican Jimi Hendrix.

Boomer rockers now: passing out on stage from not knowing when to walk away.
Reminds me of our Boomer politicians.

He's been divisive for a long time. Not sure what he said then, but I saw him at Jazz Fest in either 1993 or 1997 and he made some unnecessary inflammatory
comments back then.
It was at the main stage, with a very large typical Jazz Fest mixed race crowd, and he said between songs "Brothers and sisters of color, it's time to rise up against the oppression of the white man!"
I looked around me and thought, this guy is trying to start some fights or a riot here.
I was pretty much done with Carlos after that.
Do hope he is okay, though.
