That's a very strong thing to say. I sincerely hope you realize your son should be one of the first things you tell anyone about in a relationship, and be genuinely glowing with pride. He is the center of your universe, not some guy you are dating or potentially going to date*

Well there are a lot of women who feel differently and I'm quite sure they love their kids. Most do, besides trash. Their reasoning is that a guy should get to know them first as a person without immediately passing judgment or not giving them a chance for having a kid. I'm not saying that's exactly right. But I can see their side.
I only did it once and it blew up in my face. So never again. Plus he's a teenager now, so guys don't have to worry about me looking for a dad or whatever
