Update. Family reunion on TB, kid takes a kayak fishing and catches a big one. La. side so they take it to Toledo town for the lunker program but couldn’t do it there for some reason. Take the fish to Living The Dream guide service, they are certified by the lunker program. They weigh it, it has a tag and lo and behold it was the Vernon fish the kid caught and it died. Friend of mine knows someone in the lunker program

Had hernia mesh put in to heal my intestine. Surgery took about an hour with the incision on my right side where the leg meets torso. Got home and went straight to the couch. After a couple of hours, I needed to pee. Got up to go to the bathroom and damn near passed out for the pain. Was down for a couple of days but got better and was up and Adam in 3 days. 5 years later the mesh fell apart and had to go through the same thing but this time they went thru my stomach, instead of the first time they went a little lower. Not near the pain from the first surgery. Should have sued the mesh company but let my time to sue slip away. Didn't have to pay a dime for the second surgery.

We have a 9 hole Monday afternoon scramble at 5. Blind draw two-man scramble and all the holes (we only have 9) are par 3's. It's a skins game a so usually birdies win a skin. I just won our annual Masters draft, took Rory so 20 bucks turned into 155.00. Then Monday threw 3 birdies at the field, and one was the only good skin where I sunk a putt just off the green. Again, another 20 brought me and my partner 95.00 each. :nana:

Pisses me off he took the fish to T.B. and they released it back into T.B. T.B. needs to bring the next lunker caught and release it into Vernon Lake. Fair is fair.

Driving to town and on the side of the highway a truck was parked with his flashers on. Right in front of his truck was a deer that had been hit but was still alive. shite like that pisses me off. Don't think the truck there hit it, I think the guy was trying to either kill it or waiting for DWF to. We have a large deer presence in the woods around town. They know there safe from guns, but not from cars and trucks.
