The guy that got busted for operating 3 rub & tugs around town a few weeks ago? I live near one of his establishments. He’s already up and running again. When the EBRPSO raided his house, they passed right by another open and active rub & tug, neon signs flashing, at the end of his street.

This is East Baton Rouge Parish. Anytime you hear about one of these guys getting busted, it’s either because they missed a payoff or somebody up the chain is shaking them down for even more.
