Well, I have driven up and down Range almost every day for the last 10+ years. I drive over 45...and I nearly get lost in the dust of the speeders. What are you talking about?

Nerdy preteens maybe. But not teenagers

I have been teaching 9th-10th grade Ebr students for 5 years. Teenagers, many teenagers, wear Aeropostale.

It's a school uniform, dude. No little pony on it to make it cool. Know how I know you're insecure?

And before Cortana it was bon marche.

This is what we do best as a civilization. Build malls. Allow them to become run-down pieces of shite. Build new malls.

Same thing pretty much happening to Madison Square Mall in Huntsville which was the premier shopping place in the area and the second largest in Alabama behind The Galleria.

It does.

Woman's Hospital closing down the old location probably took away a large amount of money. On any given day, the hospital had 1,500-2,000 people working, visiting, and staying there. Now they are many miles down the road.

Esplanade Mall in Kenner is getting to be a ghetto.

Look at the reality of it. Unless decent folks of any stripe start taking a stand against the thugs and the garbage this is the fate that awaits any urban area.

This is not a racial thing, this is an issue of culture and decency. Unless productive citizens stand up and say "enough" to the flood of prolifically breeding ne'er-do-wells they will overwhelm and destroy everything that is decent.

It is a cancer. A cancer that left unchecked will destroy and has destroyed countless communities.
People of every creed, race and lot in life need to stand up against this blight or prepare for Detroit-hood.

What all you have said is true, but sometimes regular folks get tired and stop wanting to deal with things and move to the nicer areas and build their own stuff.

When your premier college is in the middle of the battlefield it's worth fighting for.
It's military tactics 101. Once you are surrounded your cause is all but lost.

Because of Dillards and convenience, I go to Cortana more often than the Mall of Louisiana.

Towne Center seems to be the white folks refuge at this point. Their saving grace is that they don't have a movie theater.

That was the mistake of Perkins Rowe. You can have overpriced stores and restaurant bars with all white entertainment... but you can't have a movie theater and not show non-white movies.

Is Cortana where I would go to buy those saggy jeans? They don't seems to sell them around here.
