A) reg e VS reg z are clearly different
B) there is zero argument that a cardholder gets their $ returned faster if it was a credit trx
C) v/Mc regs grant card holders numerous other reasons to dispute trx with more friendly time frames
D) it's your cash that is locked when disputing a debt trx VS not being able to use a credit line from an issuing bank
Really, nobody that has spent 5 mins in payments would ever suggest the protection is the same.

Get a better bank. It’s happened to me twice with chase. The money was back in my acct in 24hrs.
