It's not enough of them to make a difference. They need a strong Black voting block with them to do damage ... in Atlanta that's changing. Black democratic voting has been declining since Obama. Especially among Black men and Black evangelicals. Black people are no longer excited to vote Democrat ... many will stay home or vote Republican in the future

I'm sure most of the black migration will be to the southern burbs of Duncanville, Cedar Hill and DeSoto which is where most Dallas blacks have moved to the last 15 years or so. Huge swaths of Dallas that used to be black are now hispanic and being gentrified by whites.

I don't think it's just cities proper:
Pasadena is 43 miles from The Woodlands, and "Houston" goes further south than that. Their definition of ATL is a bit harder to decipher, because Woodstock still "is" ATL, etc. but we don't know how far out they're going.
