Add this to the already long list of why I don’t workout.

He eats once a day, skipping breakfast and lunch. After a long, intense day of training, he eats salad and bread for dinner. He doesn't care for meat or fuss about getting enough protein. Walker's a vegetarian. At 5:30 a.m., Walker wakes up to do 750 to 1,500 push-ups and about 2,000 sit-ups.
This is 100% grade A bullshite. All of it. Including his claim that he only does push ups and sit-ups. It’s been a lie from the beginning.
He would be insanely disproportional if he only did pushups and no back exercises. In addition, you can’t get around the body’s physiologic need for protein. He isn’t getting any protein in salad and bread. It doesn’t matter how much of a “genetic freak” you are. Go try to find evidence of a random jacked dude in Ethiopia. You can’t, because no one escapes protein deficiency.
