Fix your diet, bro.
As we age, we lose the ability to tolerate carbs, much like we lose the ability to handle alcohol.
Look around you. How many people your age are healthy weight? How many are actually in shape?
Avoiding sugar, carbs, and seed oils makes you into the human being you should be. It's really not that hard and it gives you the superpower of looking younger. Much younger, and most of the aches and pains in addition to chronic illnesses we're told to expect as we age also go away.
The species appropriate diet for homo sapiens does not include bread or sugar.
Carbs are not a required nutrient. Protein and fat are and you will die without them.
Try 30 days meat only and see how you feel. It won't kill you. Be sure to take a picture of yourself on day 1 and day 30. Then compare.
You will love the results and the ensuing simplification of your life.
Women will start checking you out again when you don;t look low T, puffy and old.
In fact, women in the 20-30 age range react favorably to physical signs of masculinity, such as leanness, muscularity, and confidence because those things are so rare among the males of their generation.
Want to be your best most handome self, and be among the top 5% of SMV men in your community?
Give up the shite food, and do some damned strength training, either body weight or iron -- doesn't matter.
MD Ted Naiman -- same weight both photos. Body weight training and high protein diet (www.ptoer.com)
Which guy do you want to be?
Leo D. has totally let himself go. He has so much money and fame that his physicality doesn't matter. He is banging OT9s every damned day.
If you're like Leo, then party on.

Posted by ChileanChopperForce on 12/9/19 at 8:05 am to Tigertown in ATL
How was it a punk move? They were both headed directly at each other and it was a straight up hit, a collision.
Not a blindside.
Or did you not watch the linked videos and not note the screen capture from the instant before the hit?
Carter zeroed in on that guy from the kick and ran right at him. The GA player was running straight toward Carter as well, but pulled up at the last instant and got his clock cleaned by Carter who did not slow down or pull up.
Outside the rules yes due to slightly low helmet position -- bad technique. Punk move? That was two big men trying each other. UGA dude lost.
Punk moves are blindside hits like the UCF D-lineman did to Joe Burrow last year in the bowl game.
This was a head on collision where both players were looking dead at each other the whole way in.
Mano a mano.

I saw Dabo;s press conference.
I saw butthurt begging, negotiating, etc.
Clemson's first game against equivalent competition talent-wise will be a real slap in the face after facing the junior varsity all season. Even your conference championship looked like Varsity vs freshmen.
Got news for your clemp, SEC IS the varsity. ACC and Big 10 are the JV leagues.
Maybe your team could hang with other varsity teams but we just don't know yet as far as this season is concerned.
Good luck can't wait for the inevitable -- Clemson/LSU title game.

I have been watching. Trash implies something worthless.
He may not be All-American but if you're saying he's equal to Dwayne Madkin, Anthony Jennings, Jordan Rogers, Freddie Kitchens, Jordan Jefferson et al (just a few below average SEC starting QBS) you'd be wrong AF.

He's far above average.
Playing fast and loose with insults makes that other drunk asswipe look really stupid when the numbers clearly show he's wrong.

Make Fields throw downfield and see how good they are
Agreed.
Fields' running is the biggest threat and running QBs have had some success this year against the LSU defense.
If the LSU defense brings the energy and intensity they brought to the ATM game, then it's gonna get ugly because UGA's offense is not built to score quickly like LSU. It could easily be 21-0 in the first quarter if the LSU defense gets 2 or 3 stops early.
If TopBillin could scout UGAs defense and point out at least 3 weak link dbs, I'm confident Burrow can do the same. And then Joe will exploit TF out of it.
We can bet our asses he's not pulling a Jamarcus Russel and skipping his homework this week.
As far as OSU goes, I don't think they can beat LSU after watching them several times. Their typical game is so mismatched in talent that they end up looking really good. They haven't played a team stocked with NFL talent like Clemson, LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, or Georgia.
In the event that LSU does end up taking on the Buckeyes, I think the football world will be shocked at the ease with which the Tigers take them down. Most of us won't.

Too costly to rebuild. Kills performance (see older model Altima 3.5 -- MT and conventional automatics beat the shite out of CVT head to head; same engine).
The CVT should've stayed where it belonged, on 3hp lawnmower engine powered mini-bikes and go carts.
I'll never buy one. I can tolerate conventional automatics but prefer my cars to have 3 pedals. The CVT is the result of government fuel economy regulations and it might get 1 mpg better on the highway, so therefore Nissan decides to remove all other choices. Absolutely brilliant! LMAO.
CVT has killed the entire Nissan brand. Remember their old ad campaign :Shift_Nissan?
I've owned an Altima 3.5 SE 5-MT sedan, and an Infiniti G37 Sport 6-MT sedan. Both cars were surprisingly quick and both were fun to drive.
I'll never buy another Nissan and that's too bad because the VQ series engines are the shite.
I've been forced to turn to European cars to get that 3rd pedal in something that's not an econobox or a 2 seater.
Thanks USGOV for your gay fuel economy standards, and thanks Nissan for totally cucking.

It's all about $$ and TV market shares baw.
This ain't about pure competition. If it was there would be a larger playoff field like FCS.
The FCS system works and has been in play for a long time.
But it's not TV ratings and revenue focused, therefore it's not going to be implemented IMO.
They're turning college football into the NFL (entertainment instead of competition) and I for one don't like it.
That said, Geaux Tigers!

Maybe they're a little bit over rated?
Too many people sniffing their own farts on the recruiting board IMO.
Production is what matters. You are what you do.
If you don't pressure QBs and can't beat a 1 on 1 block consistently, you're not a top shelf DL.
Simple.
We have no Jarvis Green, Gabe Northern, Chad Lavalais, or Dorsey. Hell we don't even have a Chuck Wiley (is that his son, Chuck Wiley Jr, playing DL for OM?).
Yes, help is needed on the DL. Real NFL talent if we expect LSU to field elite defenses as they have many times in the past.
LSU does have NFL talent all over the field but not DL this year.
Chaisson is a good solid player, but again, he's no Gabe Northern or Jarvis Green.

College football is sadly following in the footsteps of the NFL: turning into an entertainment enterprise rather than a competitive sport. Where things like TV ratings, ad sales, and net profit matter more than actually deciding on the field which team is the best.
Highschool and Div II (FCS) football is still based on competition.
I stopped watching the NFL long ago when it became obvious that things are fixed.
The CFP committee is taking its queues from the NFL IMO.

I think part of the reason those defenses are highly ranked is due to a talent disparity between those other conferences and the SEC, with UGA being the exception.
The other 3 have pretty much physically dominated their opponents. They haven't played teams with similar athletic talent week in and week out. There is less parity in the other big conferences.
One thing about the SEC is that there is talent all over the league and guys from just about every team will make the NFL. Even Arkansas and Ole Miss put guys in the NFL.
The SEC has the most players in the NFL by a fairly large margin.
One thing is for sure: we will all get to see how good those top ranked defenses can be when they go against the LSU Tigers.
I think those rankings will be exposed. If I'm wrong then so be it.
But I'm not.

re: Spy Jacoby on Mond + Shutdown Rodgers with Stingley
Posted by ChileanChopperForce on 11/27/19 at 7:14 am to Penrod
Rodgers worked the Tiger secondary last year in the 7 OT game. In fact he had the game winning catch at the end.
He's more like the big receivers at Texas than he is Devonta Smith. Slower but tall and strong and a decent to good route runner.
'
Stingley played well against Texas' big receivers. I think he matches up fairly well with ATMs receivers.
They don't have anybody nearly as good as Bama's WRs.
I think the Tigers are coming with serious motivation and will not allow the Aggies to derail them. Coach O made that very clear in his interview the other day.
The D may give up some yards but I'm confident that Burrow and company will torch these punks at will.
I'd like to see the Tigers put 76 on them and have another record setting game for the offense.
