This is also not a matter of oversite. The bills sponsors are actively seeking to disenfranchise as many women as possible due to long term trends in voting tendencies among women, especially college educated professional women who are turning away from the party of the bills sponsors in waves.

I think most people at their core would say, "Yeah frick that deadbeat parent". But I can understand hesitancy on whether the system will report in a timely manner whether they're making payments, balances, etc.

That's the exact same argument people used to use for women not needing abortion. Because they chose to have sex and with the power of sexual choice come accompanied responsibility.
Given that the woman has the option to unilaterally decide to abort would it be be equally fair to allow the man a financial abortion?
There are exceptions for both sexes (rape or sperm jacking) but generally speaking the disproportionate power today is held by women in western countries

I suspect you would not be on the no passport list unless it was months and months of unpaid child support.

Sucks the life out of me. I praise God everynight my wife today is such an angel and gets me through this hell.
