Took an SIA flight once and as we were approaching takeoff, I noticed one of the engines was literally on fire.
Told the air hostess or whatever you call them these days and she wired up to the captain and they cancelled the flight. I'm certain everyone was pissed at me haha
Apparently you can still fly with that engine failure for a safe landing at a nearby airport if needbe.
But I like to think that I saved everyone's life. You're welcome.

I had flown about a hundred times and was never nervous until I started flying with my kid. Now when taking off I get some nerves then I’m fine the rest of the flight and landing.
Also doesn’t help that I went down a rabbit hole of hours of flight recordings and re-enactments of crashes on YouTube
