I don't see why I couldn't. I mean if I saw her on the street, I think I could easily walk up to her, try and chat her up, and then kick her arse. Unless she has bodyguards or something.
But then if I did succeed in kicking her arse, it would make it really awkward. Because she would be all like "Why did this random dude just kick my arse?" but then she'd think "I like his confidence, maybe he likes my butt. Maybe we should sex."
