I run a few miles at a quick pace and mix that in with my lifting. I don't really have a set workout. I basically go until I can't go anymore and then call it a day

Thought about it a lot. Drew some stuff so the artist would know what I was going for and then he made some adjustments. All mine have a meaning behind them
