No. My neighbors asked if they could borrow our fire pit. lol. Your neighbor sucks man.

More municipalities are passing burn ordinances
Most generally limit it to logs only
No leaves and no paper products
My local fire chief said if you want to get a pass if you happen to burn leaves and paper, get one of those stake grills and put it in the fire pit and keep some hot dogs near by.
