every time we said "i thought I was supposed to...." when messing up, he would stop us and make us say "I fricked up".

I can't see coaches today being allowed to say many of the things that coaches told us - and that's a shame. We were called figs, pussys, girls, old ladies, retards, etc to motivate us to play better.
