Whoever issued that citation deserves to get their arse kicked. How much of a heartless fricking loser a-hole do you have to be to issue a citation to someone for leaving their dogs off a leash at a "friend's" home after the dogs had their faces blown off, etc. The dogs are no threat to anyone anymore. I don't think there is a need for a citation.
The dog killer is a guaranteed psycho who is undoubtedly hiding much worse things that he has done. Needs his face beaten in.

I know. All of our neighboring states are horrific. Texas is one of the worst. But I live in Louisiana and used to be in the rescue world so saw it here in real time. It’s very sad. A good bit of it wouldn’t happen if pet owners kept their pets secured.

I find this story entirely plausible personally. The same dumb hicks that parade around Louisiana are here in Texas too. This could have totally happened in San Antonio
