Due that’s everywhere.
If you bright your son up right, he would avoid that.
Actually- you could do the best parenting job ever, and kids still get into stuff like that.
Remember when you were a teenager…

Impossible. I don't even have a pool.
I have noticed her being awfully friendly with the Amazon delivery driver, though.

If they'd tighten up on the proof of residency, they'd get rid of a lot of those troublemakers.

Geismar/AP has plenty of shitheads.
Everyone forgets the student being murdered at EA back in the 90s. They have sufficient home grown problems.

quote:this has been the case since they opened, but there are also more HUD developments in their zone now than when they first opened and more trailer parks. both of those are a much bigger issue than the EBR kids. My neighborhood has 130 homes and since we have lived here there have always been 2-3 kids going to DT(now pville) yet in 20 years only 2-3 kids have gone to the EBR zoned school for this neighborhood. and one of the DT grads from my neighborhood went to a military academy
They aren't checking proof of residency. Lots of Gonzales and South BR kids sneaking into that school.

I can't remember when that shooting was. I thought it was in the late 80's.
One kid brought a knife and the other brought a gun. The knife guy didn't fare too well.

Might have been late 80's. It was early 90s if not.
Before 93 for sure. Remember the news reports but don't have another moment of reference to pair with it.

It was around 85-86.
It was an ongoing issue between two students, "Tweet" was the shooter.
Ironically enough they were both from Dutchtown.

You could send them to Catholic High where they have fights as well and the priest' like to fondle kids off school campus

Apparently, hours after the student was arrested and all was cleared, traffic is backed up because parents are picking up their students from school because they are allowed to leave if they want. WTF?
Posted on 1/15/26 at 12:44 pm to LSUTANGERINE
I've heard from several people that this same kid was kicked out of Bluff Middle School last year for bringing a pistol to school.

St. Amant proving once again why it’s the best school in the parish. We don’t have this nonsense over here.

The AP put that whipping on them in the Bruin bowl...just sayin

I went to school so long ago that it was not unusual for those of us who hunted to have long rifles and shotguns in rearview glass of pickup truck. Imagine that today.
