If he cared enough he probably could have asked Epstien when they hung out together.
Elon's ex-wife has said they went to Epstien's house on several occasions. Although she affirms she wasn't procured by Ghislanee or anything like that.

Because of this. he is going to get a big discount (if all the funds haven't transferred) or rebate (if they have). And possibly Jail time for Board and/or officers because of the froud. Oh and no Golden Parachutes which is a huge kick in the butt for Senior Levels he just fired.
Like Stout says: Literal Fraud. This is huge if true. No doubt there were some clauses in the closing docs about fraud impacting cost per share, etc. I just wonder if they thought they had hidden everything well enough. But it only took a few days to find the bots and now this.

He is the CEO of several companies. He has an unlimited of budget due to past successes and innovations of his companies, and he nor his family will ever want for money again. So......?

Yoel Roth is a known far left executive at Twitter that has expressed some pretty harsh opinions of people on the right.
So, it's interesting that Yoel was not cool with being deceptive, and wanted to do everything on the up-and-up. Or at least that's how I interpreted it.

Going strictly off the quoted messages I'm not seeing where he has a problem with the deception but just sees it as an avenue for payback for some unnamed slight.
