I think this year has pushed Musk even more towards Libertarian and as many have pointed out, it's not 100% all-in with him.
I personally appreciate the things he has done in the past year such as moving Tesla out of CA because of their liberal policies, not bowing to SJW, fighting back against CV19 BS, etc
You can equate that to worship if you wish but you are looking at things in black and white to prove a silly point.

No. His argument is that as technology advances, and there is less of a need for a human workforce, there will be a need for UBI. That is not the same as supporting it. It's hard to not see a future where UBI will have to come into play but that is decades off.

He supported Yang for president based almost solely on Yang starting UBI.
I definitely believe Musk is a capitalist and not a socialist, for himself. Almost all of his actions support this. He has no problem holding others to a different standard.
