Anyone look at their's for the current month? Mine is outrageous for some reason. Twice as much power usage as the same time last year? I call BS

Was last month lower? They did that to me, last month was really low for August and September was high. Compared to last year, it looks like they sent me September's bill last month and August's this month

Yeah. My bill for last month was especially low. I thought it was too good to be true and then they come back and pull this shite.

Demco bill was the same way. I called and was told they estimated my usage on the prior month and then caught back up on the following month.

It would help to know what provider you have and what your house has running during the hottest months of the year.

They're probably "estimating" the meter aka not actually coming to your property to read it. My July bill was outrageous and they ending up splitting it into 3 months because of the fudge up.

July, August, and September are by highest Energy bills annually.
My current bill is about $10 less than August's bill.
This bill is $1.03 more than last September. I used 40 more kWh though.
Historically, my bill decreases about $30 from September to October.
I can feel the cooler temps outside. Both of my units are idle now. Almost time for a gumbo.
