Exxon, fire around Christmas time.. Reminds me of the explosion at Exxon in Baton Rouge in the 80s.
I remember hearing that from Plaquemine and it sounded like it was in my front yards, I can imagine it was much louder for the folks in BR.

Is the refinery even shut down? I heard this was in the Olyfins unit.
Hate it for those workers experiencing this so close to Christmas. Sucks and further reenforces why I hate that place (built numerous pipelines into it) and obviously Exxon being Exxon usually doesn’t help matters.

They have a separate olefins plant
