Patience.
Serve your wife and she will serve you. Rub her feet, rub her back, hold the baby for her… every single chance you get. You’re taking care of her just as much as she takes care of the little. (congrats, btw!)
Also, get the little on as good of a schedule as you can, and enjoy the moments that you and the wife get alone while the baby is napping or what have you.
Lots of being a good parent is being a good partner to your wife. Humility, respect, and effort go a long way. The kid will grow up seeing things done the right way and turn out solid.
