You, your daughter, and your family will be in my prayers.
Spent 31 days in their cardiac ICU back in 2016. That’s a fantastic hospital. You’re going to be in really good hands. The food though, well it’s hospital food. But jsit up 280 from Grandview is Surin 280. If you like sushi, their Super Crunch is fantastic.

I did have a gall bladder attack over Christmas. It lasted about 36 hours and I apparently passed stones and no more pain until May. Saw my general doc and he said to watch and wait and go to ER if it happened again. So yes, in hindsight I wish I’d had it done 6 months ago. Unfortunately a gall bladder surgery probably wouldn’t have revealed it since it’s laparoscopic and doesn’t involve checking the pancreas. It was the bile duct procedure a week later where they saw it. I’m actually thankful for it.

Prayers sent, been there brother it’s nothing but a thing. Maybe a blessing in disguise to make you realize what’s important in life. You can get through all this. Keep positive the mind is a powerful force.

I’m not a religious person really, but I’m keeping you and your daughter in my thoughts and I will say a prayer for the both of you. I just can’t imagine how that must feel, first your daughter, now you.. that’s a lot for one soul to bare. I hope yall knock cancer on its ugly arse!

Saying a prayer for you and your daughter now.
My brother passed from colon cancer that had spread. Less than a year later my dad passed away from heart failure.
I can’t say that I know how you feel, but I can tell you that God can bring you some comfort and peace during these difficult times in life. Hoping you and your daughter get good news in the days ahead.

I am so very sorry to hear about your diagnosis as well as your daughter's. Reading your post broke my heart and I can only imagine the thoughts and feelings of being in your shoes right now. Just know that I am sending prayers right now for you and your daughter as well as comfort for your family during this very difficult time in your life. Do not feel ashamed, cringy, or that youre being melodramatic whatsoever, this can be a place to vent, and your situation is 100% valid in asking for support and prayers man.
Lord God, we come to you today to ask for your healing touch for this gentleman and his daughter. Lord, we ask that you bring him and his daughter comfort, peace, and strength through their treatments and in fighting this battle. Let him know that you are always there for him and that with Faith laid in you, anything is possible as we know that miracles can happen according to your will. Finally, Lord we know that there is power in prayer and in your mighty name, in Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
