Either the detail about "between passengers" is inaccurate or one of these baws was driving and shooting at the same time: "...shots were fired between the passengers of two vehicles...a single person was in one of the vehicles while four were riding in the other."

These boys all have lengthy police records. You keep giving these kids chances after chances and then this. Come on Iberville Parish, wake up! One of the kids, who shall remain nameless, already has a gun charge. His charge was for shooting up someones car. The other ones need to be incarcerated.
