Don't have to, I drank enough after leaving the vehicle to throw my BAC way over the limit. The rest the lawyers and pissed off DA can handle...

That wouldn't work for me. Since I'm black, they would mistake the pint of whiskey for a gun and shoot my black arse.

Naw, it ain't 'cause you're black.

It's because they heard your buddy call you "dawg"...

That's great if the state collects it and it gets handled properly and entered into evidence at trial, casting serious doubt on their own case. That's not what's going to happen. Here's what's going to happen:

1. You get arrested for suspicion of DUI
2. The quart of whiskey hits you and you register WAY over the limit on the chemical test later at the station that's the one that actually gets admitted as evidence during your trial
3. You get convicted of DUI

Sounds like a good way to get shot. Especially at night.

Every time I've been pulled over I've gotten out of the truck/car. I always slowly exit the vehicle with my license, registration, and insurance in my hand. I walk to the rear bumper and wait for the cop to approach me. I've never been asked to remain in the vehicle or get back in it.

Judge would take one look at the video of you chugging and find you guilty. Fact.

Exactly. They proved that you were driving recklessly by video or cop testimony and that you tested over the limit after arrest.

Guilty.

Next case.

You missed the part where

2a. my attorney submits the patrol car video footage where it clearly shows that I drink the fifth after I get out of the car, which is a crime but not a DUI. Then he says "Now will the state please prove without a reasonable doubt that my client, DMATB, was intoxicated before he drank this fifth"

2b. I am acquitted

When I was charged with DUI, I was pulled over because I honked at some girls in a BMW.

That's when you grab the empty pint, rip the evidence tag off of it and tell the Judge I believe this is mine; then walk out like a boss. Running for sheriff shortly after is advised....

Inhaling butane will lower your blown BAC. For me anyway. Don't ask why I know this

2b. Judge busts out laughing, raps gavel, and convicts him.

3. You sue your attorney for malpractice

How is that even an excuse to pull someone over?
