I had this once. Affectionately it was after eating a traditional Filipino rice and shrimp dish at a friends house. From 1-7 am I threw up no less than 20 times.
I was very weak. First in line at urgent care that Sunday morning. After some medicine and three bags of fluid later they called it dysentery .

My office has an abundance or widows and recluses. We do have a pest control company that keeps them at bay but hard to do in the warehouse.
