If a football bladder repair service was available, I can guarantee it would be more expensive than buying a new football.

Given that, I wonder if a shoe repair place like Darensbourg or Militello's would do it? They deal with leather and stitching and laces with shoes/ purses, etc. all day long.

I gave up trying to get mine repaired. Earl Campbell signed it. I just have it in a box for now.
