Creatine does cause water retention, which could bump him up in weight class. I'd just stick to protein at his age.
Wrestling and weight gain doesn’t add up. I wrestled for 6 years and nothing about that sport lends itself to bulking. I had a student that is now at FSU and he was gaining/dropping as much as 60 pounds between football and wrestling season while in HS.

Dude I’m 41 and taken creatine for two decades… there are a lot of benefits besides muscle and strength. It’s should be considered a staple health supplement.
I know right! How didn't genetics and evolution figure this out by now.

No man
You’d have to take in 20 plus grams everyday for a long time before there’s kidney damage. Not to mention what was there overall diet and lifestyle taken into consideration

FFfff. Of course I just accidentally deleted everything I just wrote.
Are his feet anchored? Do they dance? Are his shoulders pinned back and anchored into the bench? Proper arch? Does he know how to keep air in his belly to keep his core stable?
Those things are more critical than worrying about BF or supplements, at that age, IMO. I suggest West Side to learn what to do, and how to do it. I was ungeared (nothing but a belt,) but their guidance was supremely important.

I couldn't hit a baseball for shite on creatine. I think it creates a disconnect between mind and body. Like your brain knows its not natural.

Creatine is natural. Our own bodies make about 1g per day. You can easily get another 1g from food (meat especially). As long as you supplement in appropriate amounts (ie 5g or less) there is no issue.
You can maintain optimum creatine levels with just 2 or 3 g per day but it may take a few weeks to get there if your diet has been deficient (ie vegans).

HGH in the rare case where a kid is deficient in HGH is fine (Messi is a good example) but if they have normal levels and you jack their HGH up you're going to frick them up and they'll look funny. Permanently.
