Damn... so possession (possibly w/ intent to distribute depending on quantity), possession of a firearm in possession of a controlled substance, and felon in possession of a firearm at the least. He is also probably still on parole.

Not when a felon is the one with the firearm.

If they’re felons then neither can possess a firearm, and even if the other person isn’t a felon, Boosie can and will still be charged with it because he’s a felon and can’t be around firearms no matter what.

I figured I'd get 100 downvotes. Probably poorly worded but I do feel that way.

100% certain he rode to jail in a vehicle with a firearm literally feet from him

Boosie was arrested in Georgia just now for possession of marijuana and a gun.
If he'd only commit to the game like Nipsey Hussle.

Just an odd thread to pick that argument in

Looks like he might have been going back to Atlanta from being out of town? Driving from BR?
That's the Peachtree City exit to stop and get food/gas off I-85.

I don't post there much but probably a poli board topic. I've thought about this a bit lately and if you can't be trusted to have all of your rights restored why are you out of prison?

If they played at Bama, charges would be dropped already. They need that La district attorney.

The man runs a multi million dollar chip company. Of course he’s gonna have stacks of cash and be armed to protect himself. I’m not sure about the drugs and drill bit. He was probably holding them for a friend.

Does it not prove how asinine the notion he can't be anywhere near a gun without being charged with possessing it? Fact is 1 of the 2 is clearly being overcharged... unless they were holding hands under the passengers seat, with the gun between each other's hand.
