One of my bosses just called (she works from home on fridays) to make sure her email is working because it basically stopped at noon. This place pretty much went ghost town at 12:00. She told me I could leave early if I want, but I doubt I will.

Won't help. And yes. It will be. The project was scoped all wrong and they promised the clients too much.
