The 1st & 3rd charges make it sound like she wasn't the one that raped the victim, but she helped the person that did rape the child. IMO, doesn't change anything, but sounds like there is a child rapist that still hasn't been identified.

I don't know if it should matter. As a teacher she has a responsibility to protect children. When it comes to kids under the age of 13 that's a whole different ball game. When I see a teacher who got caught for fricking a 15, 16.. 17 year old.. I doubt those horny little fricks were just laying down not saying anything and the teacher just pulled out their dick and started going at it. At that age I doubt they did much to try to stop it and in some cases I am sure it started with them flirting with the teacher..
But under 13. frick that. Either one, whether she fricked the kid or because an accessory, she did nothing to protect them. Parents should be able to send their kids to school knowing teachers will protect them.

She is not a teacher but she does work at the school.

-Failure to report the commission of certain felonies
-Accessories after the fact
Sources tell Unfiltered with Kiran French was allegedly “shopping” in the form of school children for Douglas Decuir, a man who was indicted in Nov. 2021 for sex crimes against children.
Decuir has been indicted by a grand jury and awaiting trial in Ascension Parish for two counts of first degree rape, two counts indecent behavior with a juvenile and two counts of pornography involving juveniles.
Sources said French was allegedly taking pictures of school children at Galvez Middle and sending them to Decuir prior to his arrest in Sept. 2021. The pictures were allegedly of children with clothes on but tight chest pictures or any other pictures per his request.
This remains an ongoing investigation and additional charges could be pending.
