I started taking it last August after 6 months of knee pain that all but forced me to stop running altogether. My knee is much better, and I've been able to run 30-40 miles a week ever since. I don't know it it's due to the Glucosamine/MSM, but I'm damn well not gonna stop taking it now.

Just because there isn't a lot of evidence to support it doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't work. There are plenty of treatments in the medical field that don't necessarily have support but do in fact work and we understand why.

My SO takes it. However, only the name-brand Osteo works for her, the house brands don't.
It is expensive, but most of the drug stores run buy one get one free deals on vitamins. Also CVS will have coupons saving you even more.

I take it and see a difference. It's not a magic potion that cures all pain but it helps.
