You sound like you speak from experience. I just got my Caddy SRX back after 5 months. I tried to save money and replace it with a used engine. I had two bad engines, one with sand and the other got dropped on delievery. I took that as a bad sign and told them just to put a new one in it.

Yeah. Flooded my my Camry. Took them forever to rebuild it. Picked it up and it was smoking so I had to take it back. Then it was smoking out of the exhaust and I just said frick it
