Pretty much. I honestly don't know that any of these cases matter that the deceased is black as much as poor. If it's a poor dead white guy with a record then no one cares still IMO.
This should be going to court though. I don't have all the facts but I don't see how they don't at least go to court. The bigger problem we have is the culture among police force that is allowing the low percentage bad cops to get away with this.

I work with LE from time to time and have seen plenty of arrests good and bad and from what I've seen, those cops are fricking amatures. Should never have gotten to that point. from what I saw, it looks lik the cops are the reason for that getting out of hand. They were straight up asking for trouble.

He was in bad health but that doesn't excuse someone breaking protocol and killing him, even if incidental. I can't shoot someone in bad health then say, "Well if they were in better shape they would have lived."

The cops are all roided up douches who look for any excuse to use physical means...
That being said, you shouldn't frick with police. They have the power. They can and will abuse the power. And they rarely have consequence.
