I did not think this thread would get to 21 pages when I started it. This is awesome.

I went to get a brake tag for my truck up here in Bossier and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Apparently, it's called an "inspection sticker." Lol

No problem. I've lived in St. Bernard all my life excluding 3 months after Katrina and my 5 years at LSU.

Great to see so many of y'all on here.

i will say this... the night Coach Salt won the state title, it made me think about whether i made the right decision to come back, or stay in Metairie... he didn't come back, and it worked out for him, but it made me remember how good a lot of things were... if Katrina doesn't happen does he take us to the Dome? who knows?

Thanks for starting it. Hopefully it can keep going. It's like being back home no matter how far away and how long you've been gone.

we used to always hunt rabbits behind my uncles house on bartolo...between Bartolo and Judy...but I dont recall if Judy was very developed at the time, if at all...the aerial view has that patch of woods looking real small...it seemed like we could walk forever in them woods...between the canal and 40 arpent canal...

Anybody remember the original Bubba Johns on Paris Rd? All you can eat blue crab night. Talk about Tiger stadium having all walks of life, the same could be said for this place too.

I'm pretty sure he and my sister live in the same subdivision in Old Metaire. The last time I visited her and my bro in law, she told me that Anthony Davis had just moved in next door. I told her pics or BS. She pulled out the pics of him with my nephew, lol.

Yeah, I mentioned Bubba Johns a few pages back. I think Wednesday night was the all you can eat crabs/crawfish night.
