I don't think it is surgery. Seems I remember hearing she had some kind chronic health issue I think it was Lupus. Had a family friend that has that it can wreck your body and cause wild fluctuations in weight. I am not going to say she isn't attractive but I never really cared for her looks. Her face seems have never matured, she still looks like a teenager to me.
