had it a couple weeks ago... worst I'd ever had. not only did I have sleep paralysis.. But I kept "waking up" and finally think it was over. But never thing you knew I'm back frozen with someone/something in my house. struggling so hard to wake up... then I would.. but not really. I had this repeat a goo 5 or 6 times. It was terrifying. Finally I realized "HOLY shite I've been asleep this whole time!!!"
I think finally work up and I was dripping sweat. I almost questioned it I was actually awake
I stayed up and watched tv for about an hour. Did not want to go back into that loop.

I used to have it real bad. I would wake up out of the paralysis, then I would fall back sleep immediately and have it again. And it would repeat for 15 times a night. For some reason I stop having it. I’m not complaining.
Are you sure you were ACTUALLY waking up though... In my last scenario I thought I was waking up and kept falling asleep. But in reality I was still asleep the entire time. You make think I sound crazy. but I actually really thought I was waking up during the experience. But when I truly woke up I realized I wasn't. Now thinking back I think this happens to me every time. But I was also too tired to realize I only truly woke up once

Good God man. Sorry to hear that. Have you ever experienced the vibrations or ringing sounds others have described?
Vibrations...yes. never sounds except when the demon in the corner comes and I start praying I usually hear crazy sounds as it's freaking and screaching and hissing at me.
Man when I first had kids and wasn't getting much sleep, man it got bad. Was mutiple times a night for a while.
Weird thing is, it never really affected me. Even as a kid just kind of knew what it was even at like 5. Never knew what it was called until like 2005 when I found it on the internet.

I know this sounds weird but the next time you are in this state and feel the vibrations try to concentrate on them. Over time I learned to increase their intensity and no shite it feels like they toss me out of my body. I feel like I m floating in my room.At that point any scary shite, hags ,shadow people, etc.. goes away I thought I was alone in the experience as well. But like you I found on the net tons of people experience the same thing. Right around 2005 as well. . I know its all in my head but its crazy how our brains operate to make it seem so real.

If you find something to keep the falling feelings down lmk. I tense up so much during the fall off of cliffs I wake up sore and the feeling of the stomach in your throat sucks.
Falling off the ladder is the one that hurts when I hit though as I don't wake up like falling from a cliff. It hurts during the dream and I used to be freaked as a kid as I always did it while decorating the Christmas tree and then I would see my family morning me in the casket and the church and scene was always the one from my great grandfather's funeral from when I was 4 lol. Talk about take you back in time.

I've only had it once. I "woke" up in my bed to see a spider on the ceiling directly overhead. It started slowly descending on a strand of web right at me. I could not move to get out of the way, but I could move my head. So I started violently shaking my head trying to get my body to move. Tried to yell but no sound came out of my mouth. The spider kept getting closer and closer, and when the split second it landed on my forehead, I woke up and jumped out of bed. Scared my wife to death.

Confirmed. Figures are shrek like in size and shape, and usually walking away from my bed and out the door.
Used to happen all the time in my 20s

I have. You're literally wide awake, but complete unable to move no matter how hard you try. It's terrifying.

Same here. I would have to get up and wake myself all the way up before going back to sleep.
