I've started taking Monday-Wednesday off, or trying to. I sleep so much better and have lost weight just by doing that.
I have a lot of happy hours for work, so that makes it tough...and I'm never going to be the guy drinking water at a happy hour and have everyone think I've got a problem

It's not like I'm here to brag, if you'd consider that three drinks, then yeah. I'd drink them in 30 minutes to an hour, though. That was the worst part. Not often would I venture back out, after that, but it was enough to realize I should calm down.

I drink 2 glasses of red wine a day. Trying to find out if thats an issue.

It is "good" for the price. It tastes like an energy drink with a decent amount of alcohol, and obviously way too much sugar.
