I’m in Arkansas, the cultural black hole of the south. I’ve not heard of dancing being banned. But then again, I was in for a big shock the first time I walked to the cash register with champagne and wine on a Sunday. I only thought those dictator alcohol rules were for small rural parishes and counties, not entire states.

That's what I told my sister.
She said the barback told our cousin's wife that dancing wasn't allowed because of the governor's orders for Covid.

I thought it was the entire state EXCEPT for Springdale? I’m not driving three hours for booze. I’ll just go eat somewhere and have them cork my bottle if I’m that desperate

Boss. The place we were going to have our wedding reception at in Louisiana in October said nobody can dance and said We must be seated at tables at all times. So we said frick them and we are going to have our reception at someone’s house and we’ll have 200-300 people there. frick JBE
