They don’t view incidents like this the way that we do. This is simply a show for their entertainment. The “ohhhh, ohhhh, ohhh” and similar comments are their form of applause.

We should do the exact same thing to a man upon the first missed child support payment....toss his arse in jail, at his expense, and the only way he ever gets out is to pay for his imprisonment and the cost of raising his child....or more likely he dies of old age.
There are sooooo many ways to make the world a better place....all you gotta do is force people to behave themselves or kill them if they don't.

I didn’t think it was “necessary.” I included it to show that the desire to escalate to violence is much more widespread, and it isn’t reserved to one race. I don’t have the data to throw around percentages, but I’m pretty confident that I could come close.
Notice, neither that I mentioned actually followed through.
