when I was in school, if I did that to a handful of my teachers, they would have grabbed me, thrown me on the ground and beat my arse in front of the class and my parents would have had his back. The kid should be expelled plain and simple at the least for this kind of shite. All it does it undermine the teacher's authority in the class room and leads to worse outbursts.
