Was Anderson Cooper a samurai?

Thus the title of the thread:

I did. And his point was that the article was misleading because of the headline, which is the entire point of the thread being started in the first place.

Reminds me of the article that dropped at the beginning of the Ukraine/Russia conflict claiming that women are more affected by war than men.

That's the most asinine conclusion I'll read all week. I refuse to assign it to the OP. It belongs to you.

Based on your dumb bullshite in this thread, I'll take that as a compliment coming from you.

The only way your premise works is if you read the article first, then saw the headline. If that's your method, I understand.

The article isn't misleading at all. The headline is misleading.
And to up the mislead, they use samurai warrior armor for the title graphic.
They knew exactly what they were doing.
The article is actually solid.

Did you consider writing your headline you commited a worse "sin" than what you were complaining about? Your headline was misleading on its face, you admitted in this post, The graphic is what lead you down a primrose path not the actually headline copy.

The headline is obviously misleading. The title image just emphasizes the mislead, and emphasizes the deliberate intention to mislead.
But feel free to ascribe whatever other points you need me to be making, to the points I am actually making. . .because that would track as well.

This is kind of misleading “lead” that Dems hope no one reads the actual story.
Here are the details.
And from the actual Post and Courier article Daily Beast sourced which is actually focused on Jimmy Atkins and any possible ties to Epstein.
It even included this

A report from South Carolina newspaper The Post and Courier released on Sunday has now corroborated key personal details given by the woman about a third man she claims also sexually assaulted her—named Jimmy Atkins. Those details are not directly related to her accusations against Trump, but suggest that she was truthful about other matters she raised with the FBI.
The Post and Courier also verified details the woman gave to FBI agents about her family background and legal history, although none of the corroborated details directly related to her accusations about Trump.

Her assault claims against Epstein, Atkins and Donald Trump remain unproven, and the White House has vigorously denied the assertions about the president. No direct evidence has been uncovered supporting the assault claims.

When they say "elements of the story have been corroborated," what they mean is, "the accuser said she lived on Hilton Head as a teenager in the 1980s, and Hilton Head does exist and she was a teenager in the 1980s." That's the level of "corroboration" here. Just junk all over.
