It will probably be worth well north of a million dollars in the next few years.

TulaneUVA, without know how long you plan to stay in OF- OFE will be a good education.

Black Middle school brings together rougher surrounding areas. I personally wanted my kids to continue through in the same school system. Not interested in my oldest (daughter) being exposed to gang activity.

Sold my home in River Oaks a couple years ago (not the $10 million mansion section, the more affordable part of the 77019 lol) and kinda wishing i had held onto it now…

So you’ve witnessed gang activity at Frank Black Middle School? Please expound. I’ve been in OF for over 10 years and have never heard such a statement.

My buddy knows the school resource officer. Got his arm dislocated by a student.

Everyone needs to make the best decision for their family based on the information available to them. I personally would not send my children to black middle school or waltrip high school.

Used to live in OF. There is a great church called Grace Bible Church just inside the loop, seems to tick all the boxes you’ve listed there. We’ve been going there for a long time before moving overseas. I highly recommend it.
