My grandfather had this problem when I was young. Apparently if you put mothballs on your car the cats won’t go anywhere near your car. My grandfather kept a cup of mothballs in his carport and would just place the cup on his hood every time he parked his car.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Wife has a shite cat that I hate (and I generally like cats). He used to piss in my 69 300 convertible if I parked with the top down. It is annoying as frick to put the top and and down, but that's what I do. He slept on the top until I ran his arse off a few times. He used to beat up our good cat when we weren't around. I won't let him in the house. But, until I finally got all over his arse, he would run in when it was cold or raining and then hide. Could never find him, until I trailed the shite and piss that he left. I keep hoping that the coyotes will get him. The good cat we had, who died a month ago, was the shite cat's mother.

On my street, my next door neighbor was having an issue with a cat from a house down the street. It kept killing their fancy birds that come to their bird feeders (retired bird watchers) and was walking on her car all the time. It also walked on our vehicles, but I didn't care that much, it wasn't that often.
My next door neighbor asked them repeatedly to keep the cat indoors or at least away. They were rude and dismissive, on one occasion I witnessed it and it was indeed a bullshite response from them. They also indicated the cat was not fixed and they refused to do it.
Fast forward a year or so, my next door neighbor trapped the cat in a have-a-heart trap, had it spayed, and drove it a couple hours away and let it go on a farm owned by some friends of theirs that has a lot of barn cats they feed.
The neighbor down the street posted in the neighborhood facebook about the missing cat. No one responded.
I stayed out of it but there is a dark cat secret on my street.
