Countless cops and a coroners van. I live in a small, tight neighborhood. Everyone here is pretty much in shock.

About 10 years ago around when I was 18-19 a similar thing happened to me. Watched a guy walk into the woods with his shotgun and about 5-10mins later heard 1 shot with him stumbling from the woods full of blood.
The guy tried to commit suicide by shooting himself in the heart, but missed and blow out his left shoulder and nearly lost the arm.
Edt: His nickname is now Remington.

That's what's crazy about the whole thing. Best I can guess is that he didn't have experience with guns and took a couple of practice shots in the dirt first. Sounded like a rifle.

All I can say is if this kid was motivated by not agreeing with the morals of the world around us we'd all be a hell of a lot better off with him sticking it out. You weren't alone bro.

Way back in my childhood, within 30 minutes of getting off the school bus from 7th grade, the kid around the corner from me shot himself in the chest. Died a slow painful suicide all due to his fear of his Dad over a single bad test grade. His Dad wasn't that bad a guy either.
Was terribly rough on his year older sister to deal with too. Prior to his death the sister was fun loving, happy. After, not so much for the rest of the years I knew her.
There were at least 10 of us in middle school at that bus stop, literally a stones throw away from one another houses. Back then there was no counseling from the school, no mention of it even. The only ones affected really were his family, the rest of us dealt with it in our own way and turned out fine. Oh well, guess the schools get to provide jobs for all those social workers, and other shrinks, on the taxpayers backs. Otherwise be a bunch more wasted college degrees asking if we wanna super size those fries.

I saw 4 sheriff units flying down I-12 with lights on around 6:30pm and was wondering what happened. That's terrible. Thoughts for the family.

Idk why I looked it up, but I did. He was calm and just said his morals don't line up with this world anymore so he can't live happily any longer. Don't mourn my death but celebrate my life.
