This will be like the tea cup ride at Disney World compared to the World Cup.
The World Cup will put a big spotlight on the United States, and Trump will use it to put even more of a spotlight on himself, because he's always seeking the spotlight.
How it plays out I don't know, but I can't imagine it not being dysfunctional and at times embarrassing. His base will eat it up though, and that's all that matters for him.

Yes. But ICE doesn't really come to mind. There are snipers at almost every major sporting event.
Federal agents are always at the super bowl. But not for the sake of deporting people.

Correct. I have no problem with them having an increased presence in the area in the weeks leading up to the game.
I don't see the point of them being in the stadium. Unless they have some specific people that they're targeting. And if these people are involved in other criminal activity a different agency could apprehend them.

I have been told over and over again by Dems that citizenship doesn’t matter with ICE, and that ICE constantly arrests/kidnaps innocent citizens just going to work, taking kids to school, or other completely innocent activities that have absolutely nothing to do with any form of illegally obstructing federal law enforcement.
So if this were to actually happen for once with queer bunny maybe we could get a substitution for the halftime performance who at least performs in English, and the left can finally have an arrest of an actual innocent non-obstructing citizen to complain about. It seems like a Win Win situation for both sides.
